Welcome to GrooveParts.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our webshop and to your general use of the website. By shopping with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Purchase of Goods

To complete a purchase on GrooveParts.com, you must provide accurate personal details including your name, delivery address, and payment information. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

When your order is packed and ready for dispatch, we’ll send you a second email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery through our selected courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking to update.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@grooveparts.com for assistance.

2. Who Can Shop With Us

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.

3. How to Shop With Us

To make a purchase on GrooveParts.com:

  1. Browse and add products to your shopping cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout.

  3. Enter your personal information and delivery address.

  4. Select your shipping method.

  5. Confirm your order details, agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  6. Enter your payment information and finalize the purchase.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will be taken to an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with your order details.

4. Payment

We accept secure online payments via major payment providers. The total amount will only be charged when your order ships from our facility.

All prices listed on GrooveParts.com are in EUR and include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) where required.

5. VAT & Customs

  • EU Orders: VAT is included in your final checkout total. No additional customs duties apply under EU free movement of goods rules.

  • Non-EU Orders: Depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may be charged upon delivery. These are your responsibility.

6. Return & Cancellation Policy

You have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Return:

  1. Email sales@grooveparts.com to request a return label.

  2. We will provide a return slip and prepaid return label.

  3. Print and include the return slip with your package, and affix the label to the outside.

  4. Drop off the package at the return location specified in your instructions.

⚠️ Note: Refusing to collect a parcel or failing to notify us does not qualify as a valid return or cancellation. You must contact us directly to process any return.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or installed electronic parts

  • Custom-ordered products

  • Items without original packaging or labels

  • Items damaged by customer mishandling

8. Errors in Pricing or Discounts

If an obvious pricing error occurs — for example, a product listed at €0.01 — we reserve the right to cancel your order. This also applies to misuse of discount codes or stacking that results in unintended discounts.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold as-is, unless otherwise noted. GrooveParts does not guarantee compatibility unless specified. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation or use.

10. Limitation of Liability

GrooveParts shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the website or the products sold. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product data — is the property of GrooveParts.com and may not be reused without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
