Return Policy for GrooveParts.com

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Not be installed, used, or damaged

  • Be in its original packaging with all seals intact

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Important: For electronic spare parts, any signs of installation, soldering, tampering, or usage will void eligibility for return. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item appears used or is not in resellable condition.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. Be sure to include photos and your order number when reaching out.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Installed, modified, or used parts

  • Items with broken seals or missing components

  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the correct item is to return the one you have (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our general return criteria: unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at sales@grooveparts.com.
